The annual Trailhead Gear Swap is an opportunity to buy and sell used outdoors clothing and equipment in the local community.

It's a great way to keep your sweet outdoors gear in use, even if you're finished with it.

It's also a great opportunity to find a bargain on great gear to get you outside.

SELLERS must register their items prior to the gear swap. No need to register if you're not selling.

To shop the swap, visit us at Trailhead Kingtson on May 30th, 2026.

• Upon registration below, you will automatically receive a Gear Swap ID #
• Label all items with masking tape prior to bringing them to the store. Each item should be labelled with your Gear Swap ID #, item letter (see below), and the price you are selling for (e.g., GS26025, C, $15).
• Items will only be registered for the gear swap upon the completion of this form
• Minimum price of $10. Prices are as marked, and bargaining will not be allowed
• You can receive either 100% of the item's sale price in store credit, or 75% of it as cash back
• We will only accept OUTDOOR gear. Items must be clean and in usable condition or they will not be accepted.
• Maximum of 10 items to be sold per person

• Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards
• Paddles/Paddle gear
• Packs
• Bikes (in safe condition)
• Camping equipment (tents, chairs, etc.) in good condition
• Technical footwear in "like-new" condition
• Technical clothing in "like-new" condition

• Casual clothing (unless it is a brand we carry)
• Helmets
• Climbing equipment that is weight-bearing (harnesses, belay devices, quickdraws, etc.)
• Non-outdoor gear
