Curbside Services

We are open and offering curbside services!

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10am to 4pm.

 

To purchase an item: 

• Visit our online store
• Call us at 613-546-4757
• Drop by 262 Princess St., downtown Kingston for curbside service

We can process transactions over the phone with a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, we are happy to ring you through with debit or cash transactions at the store.

To return an item:

Call us or knock on the front door and a staff member will meet you to process the return. After inspecting the item, we will refund the value of your purchase to your card or add store credit to your customer file. 

If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to find you other sizes or alternative items in store.

To rent equipment:

If you are interested in renting snowshoes or cross country skis, please call the store to reserve your rental.

Skate rentals are available without reservations.
