Therm-ic Heated 3D Insoles have tiny holes in the toe area to allow the heat to rise up from the pre-installed heating elements to keep your toes warm. The heel cup and arch support offer added comfort and increases performance by allowing less foot movement than a flat insole. Not to be used on top of your current insoles.
